At Isumia.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we take great care in delivering high-quality coffee and tea products, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. General Return Conditions
Due to the perishable nature of our products (coffee and tea), we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
We will accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item was never delivered
- You contacted us within 14 days of receiving the order
If your situation meets any of the above, please contact us first before returning any item.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please:
- Email us at info@isumia.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged
- Wait for our customer service team to approve your request and provide return instructions (if applicable)
We do not accept returns without prior approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used coffee/tea products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without original packaging (if applicable)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately and provide:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@isumia.com if you wish to cancel your order.
