4. Order Tracking

Isumia.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees).
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately at info@isumia.com with your order number and tracking info.
- For damaged products, please include photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, whether it’s a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is marked as “undeliverable” or “returned to sender”, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address. Reshipping charges may apply.
